Micah 5:204 Hebrews 10:5-10 Luke 1:45-55 The visit of Mary to her cousin Elizabeth, known as the Visitation, is, next to the Annunciation, one of the most painted and reflected on scenes in Mary's life. Together they rejoice in their surprising news of great joy! It is when Mary sings her Magnificat, one of the great hymns of the Gospel story. Below are some of my hymns on the topic based on the Old Testament and the Epistle and Gospel lessons for Advent 4 Series C. The lovely setting of the Gospel hymn, which focuses on the Visitation and Mary's Song, with cymbals, triangles and tambourines is a wonderful piece that children could dance to. NOW IN MARY"S BODY
